Sanggar Seni Pangeran Wangsakerta SMK Negeri 1 Jamblang Kabupaten Cirebon dirikan pada tanggal 06 Mei 2011 merupakan Ekstrakulikuler Kesenian. Pada awalnya adalah sebuah komunitas seni di SMKN 1 Jamblang, namun lanjut laun ingin mengajukan menjadi salah satu Eskul di SMKN 1 Jamblang, tetapi kala itu tak di gubris oleh pihak sekolah dan akhirnya komunitas seni berusaha untuk diakui sebagai eskul dengan mengikuti pentas seni bulanan tari topeng di kraton kacirebonan pada tahun 2012. Akhirnya komunitas seni mendapatkan apresiasi oleh sekolah dan dijadikan salah satu eskul di sekolah menjadi Ekstrakulikuler Kesenian.
Dan Eskul Kesenian diberi nama Ekstra Seni dan pada tahun 2014 berubah menjadi Sanggar Seni Pangeran Wangsakerta. Nama ini di ambil dari nama tokoh kesultanan Cirebon anak dari panembahan girilaya. Namanya kami abadikan menjadi nama sanggar kami karna Pangeran Wangsakerta putra Cirebon yang membuat karya yang sangat fenominalnya adalah naskah Wangsakerta.Kita ingin menjadi Seorang Pelajar atau masyarakat yang selalu menghasilkan karya yang positif untuk mengisi kemerdekaan dan melestarikan budaya lokal khususnya budaya Cirebon
